The absolute best waist trainer. Truthfully I did not believe in waist trainers but I was desperate to shed inches off my waistline. I begin to see a difference my second week of using it. My waist is starting to contour and my lower pooch is flattening. I wear it everyday during my 1 hour and 30 minute workout. This is an excellent trainer for all body types. Wish I would have ordered it sooner

Absolutely love it! The trainer provides multiple ways to fasten it, which keeps the trainer snug to my body more so then any others Ive tried in the past. The comfort, fit and support it provides is second to none.
